Into the Fire

John 15:6 If anyone does not remain in me, they are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire, and burned.

I don’t have much to say. It’s been a long day and I’d just as soon retire to my cave, where I don’t have to talk or listen to anyone anymore-until tomorrow. As I type this, I’m sitting next to a roaring fire, thinking how much more comfortable I am than the dead branches that are thrown in there because they serve no other fruitful purpose.

I’m here so I can get the video uploaded to a format that I can show you. First I tried to get it to download directly from the site, but that wasn’t working out. Haven’t figured out why not, so at this point, I’m uploading to Youtube and it will be embedded in a blog post that is available to Bosses only. It’s a pretty massive file (1.2GB) so it’s a slow upload, 24% after sitting here by the fire for the last 40 minutes.

Regarding Give Me Love, Clayton finished building the stage today. He and General started it last night. Michael came by and gave us a few hours of help this evening, and Chris did too. Dusty helped during the afternoon. Levi and Nichole are putting their heads together to begin decorating the space–the fun part! I’m tired. Encouraged, but weary. 6 days left for ticket sales. Sales close on Monday February 6th so we can give caterer Janelle a final dinner count.

Ok 10:10pm, 30% uploaded. I’m going to sit here until it’s done. I’ll watch a movie, Johnny English Reborn.
